To save money I bought my variable speed fan coil and 2 stage heat pump online.  I have a relative in the business who helped me size the equipment and install it.  I can do a lot but hate repairing drywall and painting.  The controls installed in minutes and the instructions where easy to understand and it works great with my plan two stage thermostat.
